Moving Words

SmashingMagazine.com has a great piece about typography in motion as a little inspiration for the Monday of a holiday weekend. Of particular note to me was the YouTube clip (embedded below) of some of Court TV’s promotional material.

Their graphics are always very polished and do a great job of conveying the energy of their “Real. Exciting. Dramatic.” tagline. On the first of the year, Court TV will be changing their name to TruTV to better reflect the programming that has increased their popularity. I can’t wait to see what they do to push the new identity.
